Long Term Care
For those unable to live independently at home, we offer medically supervised long-term care. Typically, people in need of this type of service require long-term, 24-hour care by a team of skilled clinicians including nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. The most common needs of residents at skilled nursing centers include daily medical management and assistance with activities of daily living.
For patients requiring an extended placement, we honor the opportunity to help residents and families create a home for their resident in our community. Our long-term care program offers specialized nursing care, diverse recreational activities, and supportive social services catered to the resident’s individual needs.
